Conveniently located just of the motorway. Easy to access for late at night arrivals with plenty of parking.

The lady in receptionist treated me on fair because of my colour or language barrier During the break fast shouted on me and my son She said I only paid for one person which I don't realise She so aggressive towards me and raised voice apart from that everything is OK many thanks on the 24-03-2024

The location of the hotel is excellent and it has easy access to all places, the room was clean, the place was quiet and undisturbed.

nice and clean hotel (maybe needs some fixing up), decent parking, Gasometer and Legoland pretty close Very good Italian (heh) restaurant right next door

The staff was very helpful, as soon as they saw my walker they switched my room to one on the main floor. When I came to the hotel after closing hours they helped me with the door, although I had a code. Very good breakfast buffet.

The proximity to the centro and all the local facilities,the rooms are not big but perfectly clean

Very nice and helpful staff. Reception was closed but we got help anyway 😃 The hotel was what we expected and we would use it again 😃

Parking, right by hotel, shopping mall and entertainment centre very close by (10mins walk). Honestly, I can't fault The bonus was that the receptionist was speaking English as we do not speak German.
